Policy Refunds

The information on this page is aimed to make the refund process, and your request, as simple as possible.  Please only use this page if you have already cancelled your policy and you have received confirmation of cancellation from Nova Insurance.


What happens and when?

On the following page you will be asked to complete a form that captures all the details we need to request, process and issue any refund due on your policy. Upon sending the request we will immediately confirm receipt of your request. Our Customer Services Team will then request any relevant refund directly from this insurer. Please note, that on average, it takes 6-8 weeks for you to receive your refund – rest assured we chase any refund premiums on your behalf periodically.


Important Information

By submitting a refund request you are agreeing to the relevant charges, charges that you agreed to when purchasing the policy. For more information please see the Nova Insurance Terms Of Business

‣ Any Premium Finance shortfall will be deducted from the amount we receive from the insurer, prior to your refund.
‣ Pro-rata, time on cover charges, will be deducted from the amount we receive from the insurer, prior to your refund.
‣ If you have made any claims or notified of any incident(s) during the time on cover there will be no refund due.
