Policy Changes (MTA)

Whilst are we open until 7pm weekdays, and Saturdays, we understand that you may need to request a change out of these hours. The information on this page is aimed to make the process, and your request, as simple as possible.


What happens and when?

On the following page you will be asked to complete a form that captures the details we need to arrange a policy change, known as a Mid Term Adjustment (MTA). Upon sending the request we will immediately confirm receipt of your request. Our Customer Services Team will then contact you within 24 working hours. The change will not be processed until you receive confirmation and documents accordingly.  If the change is urgent please call us on 0208 550 7788.

Important Note

Cancellations cannot be requested this way, please visit Customer Services and click Cancellations. Any policy changes are not automatically or instantly applied and you should wait for confirmation of any change.
