By law, all beauticians must be covered by beauty insurance before they start offering their services to the public. This is to make sure that you understand the products you’re using and the treatments you provide, especially as if something goes wrong and a client is harmed you will be held responsible. As a beautician you will probably know your products and treatments inside out, however accidents do happen and you can never be too careful!
